Pre-Book or need a taxi ASAP

You can pre book or request a taxi as soon as possible anytime of day all year round. If you require a specific vehicle type or have any special requirements you can either speak to us or add the requirements to the APP. Speak to us anytime, we are happy to advise you to ensure your journey is a happy journey.

Right to cancel my Taxi

You can cancel your taxi at any time. We won’t charge you if the pickup is local to the Wyre Forest District.

For pickups from outside the Wyre forest area please cancel before the driver starts his journey to you. For example, pickups from the airport should be cancelled 1 hour prior to the pickup time as we may charge you.

Lost Property

We take every effort to ensure lost property is returned to its owner. Please check you have your belonging when leaving you taxi.

If you have any doubt you may have lost your belonging please contact us immediately on  01562 66666. We will as the driver to check his vehicle and return the items to our office for collection.
